On the occasion where a client prefers or if circumstances require, we will retrieve and deliver the entire box.

Requests can be made in a choice of four convenient ways - online through our web-based tracking and order system, or via email, fax or telephone.

Retrieved items are available for delivery next business day, same day within 2 hours or, for documents delivered via fax or image and email upon demand, in as little as 15 minutes.

Daily deliveries to Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Chatswood, Hornsby, Northern Beaches, Bondi Junction, Eastern Suburbs, Epping, Parramatta, Bankstown, Sutherland Shire, Liverpool, Campbelltown, Blacktown, Hawkesbury, Penrith and Blue Mountains.

Retrieved items’ barcodes are scanned at several stages of the retrieval and delivery processes to provide a complete audit trail of the whereabouts of your business records. This includes who requested delivery, to whom the item was to be delivered and the date and time of all movements.

When files or boxes are returned to storage, our barcode tracking system ensures that they are returned and scanned to their original box or location with a full history of all requests and movements.
