Medical Records StorageThe Nepean Medical Research Foundation (NMRF) was founded in the year 2000. The foundation was formally established by the University of Sydney in 2002 and is based at Nepean Hospital, Penrith NSW.

The purpose of the foundation is to foster growth of medical research with the knowledge that ‘Today’s Research is Tomorrow’s Treatment’.

The Nepean Clinical School is able to attract leading researchers from around the world and there are now over 100 researchers conducting research at Nepean Hospital in a variety of disciplines:

  • immunology
  • haematology
  • paediatrics
  • liver disease
  • cancer
  • diabetes
  • endocrinology
  • and many more
