FileSaver Discovery is a service to put organisations in touch with and in control over their archived documents and files.
Discovery is a one-off project to pack, barcode, catalogue and computer index client’s archives. Discovery can be at the document, file or box level, and is available for small projects through to projects involving tens of thousands of files and boxes.

For records already packed in archive boxes, we collect and barcode the archive boxes and, where available, import your existing contents data to our web-based tracking system.
Wherever possible we use your existing archive boxes and re-box only where we believe it necessary to ensure the records are safe and secure during transport and storage.
We apply best available barcode and web based technology, proven procedures and experienced staff to quickly and accurately create a comprehensive database of archives.
