FileSaver’s forms scanning and data capture bureau service utilises latest scanners and software systems to scan and capture data from structured forms.

Forms Processing
To extract data from the scanned forms we use a combination of optical character recognition (OCR), optical mark recognition (OMR) , intelligent character recognition (ICR), barcode recognition (BCR) and data entry from image. The metadata is then output in a format required by each customer for their analysis or import to their in-house CRM’s or other databases.
We achieve data accuracy of up-to 99.95% even on complex mixed response survey form scanning projects.
